The Artist Wins 5 Academy Award
Most prestigiously, the best Directing, best Actor, and best Motion Picture of the Year. Beyond the fact that it’s a black and white silent film, The Artist really is just a buoyant movie that’s dramatic and incredibly charismatic. It makes you believe in the journey of a film and how much one can achieve, and for all that, The Artist deserved all of its awards tonight.
